This letter is written to affirm our satisfaction in working with Teresa Peters on the listing, marketing, and sale of our home in Strawberry, Arizona .

We met Teresa just by stopping by the Prudential office in Pine.  She immediately followed us home to discuss the listing of our place.  She thoughtfully listened to us, carefuly surveyed all of our property, and promised to get back with us the following day with a recommended listing price and a marketing plan.

The next day we agreed on a listing price with Teresa's guidance.  She took many excellent pictures of our place for maketing use, carefully took notes on all the "extras" and explained her plan for advertising our home.  In the next couple of days Teresa held a realtors walk-through and the action began immediately.

Teresa was either always available or had another agent equally knowledgeable about our place available to us.  We were always called about showings and there was follow-up with agents to keep us informed about what was happening.

When we had an offer on our place we had two the same day.  Prudential worked with us on how best to respond to these offers.
